How group-pricing refunds work
When you join a deal, you pay the starting group price. As more buyers join, the price may drop through visible tiers. When the deal closes, we calculate the final tier reached.
If the price dropped further than what you paid:
- We calculate the difference automatically
- Refund is sent to your original payment method
- Processed within 72 hours of the deal closing

Every order is backed by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. How long does a refund take to appear?
We process refunds within 72 hours of the deal closing. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time (typically 3–5 business days) to reflect the refund in your account.
What if my deal doesn't reach a tier?
If no additional tier is reached, you simply keep the product at the starting group price you paid — which is already discounted below retail. There's nothing extra to pay.
